We have a 30 day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, should the customer request an exchange, and the exchange is accepted, it will be up to the customer to pay for shipping the item(s) back to Raw & Rare Brand.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will email you where and how to send the product to be exchanged. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We currently do not offer refunds, we do however offer exchanges. The item to be exchanged can be exchanged for an item of equal value if the original item is not in stock.
